Thank you for shopping with Petsupplies365. We aim to get your pet supplies to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

European Delivery We ship to selected European countries. Delivery times are typically 5–10 business days. Please note that since Brexit, orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
